SOFT FUE SAFFIRE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION

“The latest technology hair transplant performed with special devices with sapphire tips in combination with our experienced doctors”

SOFT FUE-SAPPHIRE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION

The Soft FUE Sapphire is essentially the same as the normal FUE Sapphire that we perform. The only difference is that we use even thinner 0.6mm drills in this method. Due to the small 0.6mm drills, we can achieve an even higher density, resulting in a slightly fuller and tighter appearance.

We are one of the few clinics that work with 0.6mm drills; this delicate work requires experience and expertise, which our ISHRS registered surgeons have built up over the years.

The Soft FUE Sapphire differs in this way from the normal FUE Sapphire and ensures an even higher density in the long term.

The Soft FUE Sapphire also has more short-term benefits compared to the normal FUE Sapphire; the recovery process is slightly faster due to the even thinner sapphire blades. The final result is achieved faster with the Soft FUE method, although this may vary from person to person. On average, we achieve faster final results, and patients reach their final result earlier than 12 months. In addition, patients experience fewer complaints, less itching, and fewer bleedings after the treatment.

In addition, we use the painless “Comfort anesthesia” as standard in the Soft method, making this method more pleasant for people who are afraid of anesthesia needles and/or do not want to feel the pain of anesthesia needles. This is also one of the reasons it’s named Soft FUE Sapphire.

While these are short-term benefits, the Soft FUE Sapphire method makes the overall treatment more enjoyable and provides a higher density in the long term.

FUE Sapphire Hair Transplantation

The increase in technological advancement that occurs every day has paved the way for the development of new, innovative hair transplantation techniques. Hair transplantation, which has progressed dramatically over the years, has evolved into an established and minimally invasive surgical procedure.

The FUE technique is an extremely comfortable minor surgery compared to the old FUT technique. It has three branches: DHI (hair transplantation without shaving, recommended for patients with mild hair loss), the classic FUE technique, and the latest FUE Sapphire technique.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FUE-Classic and FUE Sapphire Hair Transplantation

The latest FUE Sapphire technique has an even thinner special sapphire tip instead of a metal tip like the classic FUE. It is currently considered the most modern hair transplantation technique and provides an even more natural result. It has taken its success a step further by using special devices with sapphire blades.

The FUE Sapphire technique has even more advantages over the classic FUE technique: it recovers even better and faster, less tissue damage occurs because a smaller area of the skin is affected (see image), it allows for much more frequent and tighter hair transplantation, and it is also a more comfortable and completely painless treatment. Even after transplantation, the recovery process is much more comfortable. This method also makes it possible to achieve natural, tight results in patients with advanced stage hair loss.

The Hair Transplantation Process

The hair transplantation process begins with drawing, taking into account the shape of the head, the skin structure, and the hair structure of the person. Then, the sedation method is applied under local anesthesia. Using the latest technology, the harvesting of grafts is carried out by our specialized doctor and his team, where the sterile environment is at the highest level. Microsurgical motor tips with a diameter between 0.7 and 0.9 mm are used, sensitive follicles are carefully selected by visual and mental observation with tactile sensation and differential imaging.

The harvested follicular hypothermosol is placed in a + ATP solution, grouped according to the required area, stored at the correct temperature (+4 ° C), and the vitality and integrity of the tissue are protected.

After that, the implantation can begin. A natural and intense result is achieved with less than about 30-50 follicular units per square centimeter required area. This number may vary depending on the hair density of the person, and up to a maximum of 60-70 follicular units may be needed. Hair canals are opened with the latest technology to give a natural appearance according to the natural hair structure and direction.

Transplants are carefully placed in the opened canals using fine-tipped tweezers. Attention is paid to the equal distribution of each region to achieve a homogeneous image.

The process takes about 6 to 8 hours.

FUE hair transplantation is a small, easy, and painless surgical procedure; the patient can go home the same day and continue with normal life.

ADVANTAGES OF FUE-SAPPHIRE

The advantages of FUE performed with Sapphire blades:

  • Sapphire blades provide a much higher density, making it possible for people with advanced hair loss to undergo a fuller hair transformation.
  • It ensures a natural-looking result in all patients.
  • The risk of complications such as trauma and damage to the scalp tissue is reduced thanks to the sharp, strong, and antimicrobial properties of the sapphire blade.
  • Patients recover much faster compared to the classic technique using steel blades.
  • Almost no risk of scars.
  • Almost no to minimal discomfort during or after the treatment.
  • Comfort-FUE method applicable.
  • It is a long-term solution. The transplanted hairs no longer fall out.
